Jana Diaz is a Florida licensed physical
therapist with over 10 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic
rehabilitation. Jana established Diaz Personal Therapy with the goal
of delivering high quality wellness services to the communities of
Panama City utilizing her professionalism, competence and
compassion. She received her BS degree at the University of North
Florida and Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from the University
of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.
Jana utilizes manual therapy skills, exercise and modalities to eliminate pain, promote wellness and return clients to their favorite activities. She has a strong background in Sports Medicine and is a Certified Golf Specialist. Her career has allowed her to gain significant experience and good results with the treatment of many diagnoses, including: total joint replacements, sacroiliac dysfunction, low back pain, rotator cuff dysfunctions and ACL injuries. She enjoys treating clients from various backgrounds and ages, from school-aged children to centenarians.
While not in the clinic, Jana and her husband, Adriano, enjoy waterskiing, boating, and golf. They are devoted parents to their "furry kids", Samson and Bailey.
